Executive Director
- Business Development/ HR Policy formation/ Overall coordination and functioning different divisions
- Planning, organization and controlling of various technical & non-technical functions
- Business review, MOU targets & corporate planning
Sr. General Manager (Finance)
- Policy matters, standardization of agreements (clients, associates, contractors, suppliers & vendors etc), budget (annual & revised estimates)
- Monitoring of MOU targets/ achievements
- Member of steering committee of Salma Dam project
- Coordination with external funding agency
- Taxation (Income tax, Service tax & FBT)
- Bank deposits
- Ensure timely issuance of office orders for contract appointment, extension of contract period in respect of contract employees, consultants, to attend cases of regular employees
Sr. General Manager (Tech)
- Issuance of office orders for officials posted abroad and finalisation of terms & conditions of their posting
- Recruitment of staff on regular/ contract basis
- Arrange DPC meeting
- Arrange approvals of Competent Authority where required
CVO
- Interpretation of conduct, disciplinary and appeal rules disciplinary case
- Correspondence/ returns to be submitted to CVC, Ministry of Water Resources etc.
- ACR’s of employees
- Inspection of offices
- To ensure compliance of the provision of R&P rules
- To ensure follow up of proper procedure for regularization of contractual staff
Chief Manager (PA & L)
- As HOD of PA & L Deptt. responsible for:
- Ensure timely issuance of office orders for contract appointment, extension of contract period in respect of contract employees, consultants to attend cases of regular employees
- Issuance of office orders for officials posted abroad and finalisation of terms & conditions of their posting
- Recruitment of staff on regular/ contract basis
- Arrange DPC meeting
- Arrange approvals of Competent Authority where required
- Ensure smooth functioning of office & other related services
- Liaison between WOA/ WEU & management
- Ensure proper record is maintained in service book of employees
Chief Engineer
- Responsible for providing requisite guidance, review in designs and drawings
- Approval of designs & drawings prior to submission to the clients
- Responsible for overall review/ negotiation/ contract agreement and obtaining approval from competent authority
- Responsible for all technical & contract administration including interaction with the clients
- Responsible for timely delivery and quality output
- Responsible for keeping track of potential business information and appropriate action thereafter
- Responsible for development of proposal strategy
- Responsible for the financial progress of the work secured without time/ cost overrun
Addl. Chief Engineer
- Providing guidance in project planning & review
- Finalization of all design assumptions/ criteria/ design inputs etc.
- Visit to project sites for assessment of field requirements and site conditions
- Review of design, inputs & suggestions for improvement
- Review of financial status of each contract
- Preparation of proposals & its timely submission
- Procuring relevant contractual documents and terms of reference
- Responsible for maintaining data base of all active business information

- Pay fixation of officers/ staff deputed at foreign assignment
- Grant of lease/ HRA/ self lease facility to the officers posted at foreign/ field offices
- Executive medical check-up
- Annual property return of officers
Sr. Manager/ Manager (Finance)
- Work relating to Foreign Exchange department, vetting of contracts and agreements, issuance of Bank Guarantees, investment of company’s funds, preparation of MOU
- Supervision of compilation of accounts and payment division, review of supplier advances, TA/ Misc. advances, checking of bank reconciliation statement

Manager (Administration)
- Purchase of office furniture, equipment, general stationery, printing, crockery, etc. through proper procedures & placement of orders
- AMC of various items e.g. computers, fax machines, photocopy machine, etc.
- Ensure timely payment to the suppliers, AMC holders, DLY Operators
- To keep proper record of the company’s assets
- Maintenance of the office premises
- Reservations/ bookings of air, train tickets from the approved travel agencies
- Monitoring & booking of DLY vehicles
- Keep the office in hassle free & running condition
Manager (OLI)
- To ensure proper compliance of the O.L. Act and O.L. Rules & various orders are issued by the Dept. of Official Language
- Visit of the Committee of Parliament on Official Language, furnishing information
- Follow up action/ implementation of recommendations of Committee of Parliament on Official language
- Monitoring/ implementation of orders/ instructions relating to correspondence in Hindi
- Observance of Hindi fortnight
- Inspections by the D/ O.L. & MOWR reg. progressive use of Hindi
- Vetting/ checking/ editing of important translation works
- Organising Hindi workshops, roaster of employees regarding training in Hindi
